Over issues with the electronic parking brake, which apparently won't fully disengage, resulting in !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and of course, fiery death. I have to say, I find this incredibly frustrating. You know what doesn't usually fail within two years? A goddamn manual parking brake.

Sadly, I think it's a matter of interior aesthetics. Smooth, swooping lines are in now, and the parking brake handle is hard to integrate or hide. They have the technology, so why not? That's the way progress works sometimes, unfortunately.

That's how GM did it on the C4 and that's how Aston Martin currently does it.
